Rabbit Project

Age Groups: All
Objective Learn and apply recommended principles of rabbit production
Demonstrate a knowledge of sound breeding, feeding, and management practices
Identify types and varieties of rabbits and employ efficient marketing methods
Develop integrity, sportsmanship, decision making capability, and public speaking skills through participation in demonstrations, tours, judging, and exhibits
Appreciate the value of rabbits in scientific research
Practice leadership skills and roles, take part in community affairs, and demonstrate citizenship responsibility
Explore career, job, and productive leisure opportunities
Develop lifelong skills, knowledge, and attitudes
Learn to use accepted practices for mental, physical, and emotional health, and to respect yourself and others
