2012 Master Gardener Training and Horticulture Classes
Beginning January 2012 through April 2012. On-line training will be in addition to classes.

What do I need to do to become a certified Master Gardener?
- Complete a Master Gardener Application.
- If selected to enter the program, you will need to attend all classes, complete the 12 on-line computer modules, and pass each chapter quiz.
- Next, complete a one-year service internship to your local Extension office during that year.
- After completion of all the above, you earn the title of WSU or UI Extension Certified Master Gardener.
- Check with your local Extension office to receive information about the criteria needed to remain a Master Gardener.
Can I take the classes and NOT become a Master Gardner Volunteer?
YES! This class will provide a great overview of many different areas of horticulture and gardening.
